Service Advisor

Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries Communicate with customers through various channels
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Have in depth knowledge of our products and services so that you can respond to customer issues appropriately
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Schedule service calls
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- 1 year experience in customer service
- Warm personality with strong communication skill
- Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
- Familiarity with CRM systems and operations
- Experience in the field of customer support
- Attention to detail
- Google Suite proficiency
