Service Advisor

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Have in depth knowledge of our products and services so that you can respond to customer issues appropriately
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Schedule service calls
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
  • 1 year experience in customer service
  • Warm personality with strong communication skill
  • Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and operations
  • Experience in the field of customer support
  • Attention to detail
  • Google Suite proficiency
