Malama Solar Hits #41 on Inc 5000, First in Hawaii
We’re happy to announce that Malama Solar has made the 2022 Inc 5000 list, coming in at #1 in Hawaii and #41 overall! The Inc 5000 represents the fastest-growing private companies in the nation by revenue growth over the last 3 years. Not only are we proud of what that accomplishment represents as a business, but we’re proud that it’s happened with the team we’ve built and the things we’ve been able to do in our state, along with our goal to help the islands shift to completely renewable energy. It’s rare for a home services company in general to rank this high on the list, so it’s a position we’re especially proud to hold.
When we started Malama Solar, we did it with a purpose—not just to be another solar installer, but to provide local service with local expertise, and bring a more customer-focused approach to the island. In building Malama Solar, we’ve focused on bringing the latest green energy technology to Hawaii residents, but never at the expense of the customer.
We take extra steps in our process to make sure our customers’ needs are met, local regulations are followed, and HOAs stay happy. That’s the only way we’ve been able to grow this fast. Reputation is everything, and we want to continue to cultivate a reputation for friendly service, transparent terms, and an easy process from beginning to end.
